When You Came

Life was what, clay and sand,
Stood  in an unnoticed heap
At some forbidden land.
Surrounded by loneliness and scars,
Like I was living behind the bars.

But when you came,
You burned a flame,
That flame redeemed me
From the sins on my name.
When it's blessings bestowed,
Then it's spiritual light showed,
What was veiled near me.
It's only when you came
That I am in love with thy name.
